Privacy & cookies
Last updated: 20 August 2026
BoatDayCroatia uses the information you submit only to prepare and respond to your private boat trip enquiry. Advertising tracking is optional and stays off unless you allow it.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, location, preferred date, group size, trip preferences and anything you add in the message field.
How we use it
- to answer your enquiry and prepare a personalized trip recommendation;
- to check suitable routes, boats and availability;
- to communicate with you about the requested trip; and
- to protect the form from spam or misuse.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking and does not obligate you to purchase anything.
Service providers
The website and enquiry form use Netlify for hosting and form processing. Enquiry notifications and replies may be handled through Google email services. If you choose “Allow tracking,” Meta Pixel may receive website and conversion events so we can measure advertising performance. We do not intentionally send the contact details entered in the form to Meta Pixel.
Cookies and similar storage
The website stores your cookie choice in your browser so it can remember whether you selected essential storage only or allowed advertising tracking.
If you allow tracking, Meta Pixel may set identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc and receive a page-view event and a lead event after the enquiry form is successfully submitted. If you choose “Essential only,” Meta Pixel is not loaded.
You can change your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie settings” in the website footer. You can also remove stored information through your browser settings.
How long we keep enquiry information
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, arrange the requested service, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information connected to your enquiry, or object to further communication. You may withdraw optional tracking consent at any time through the cookie settings.
